Ampeleia di Sotto is, compared to the others, the must defined site, with its total 20 ha of which 15 planted with vines. Located on an approximate altitude of 200 m above sea level, the vineyards are planted with Grenache, Alicante, Mouvrede, Marselan and Sangiovese. Surrounded by olive trees, Ampeleia di Sotto can be found on the foothills that lead you to the village of Roccastrada.
