10:00 - 20:00: Tasting Fair “Wines, Beers, Rebels” with sale of the wines and beers

16:00 - 17:00: Conference-debate “Natural Resistance”. By Giovanna Tiezzi and Stefano Bellotti

Stefano Bellotti and Giovanna Tiezzi are two of the four vine grower-actors of Natural Resistance, the last movie of Jonathan Nossiter. They will discuss with the visiting public of their implication in the defense of natural products and of the biodiversity.

One outstanding “human” moment to share within their choices since the last two decades concerning the country good sense, that which agrees to live in symbiosis with its ground, without never dominating it. A lesson of life, for us all.

Olivier Grosjean est le serial dégoupilleur du "Blogdolif.com", un blog vin au sommet de la pyramide de la glousphère. Hédoniste, inconditionnel du Jura où il vit, c’est aussi un grand spécialiste des vins « nature »... et, sans doute, il est le Pierre Desproges du vin. C'est à ce titre qu'il viendra mettre son grain de sel dans cette conférence de haute volée.

To animate this debate which is the base of reflection of this fair, we offer the voice of three specialists to you:

Christophe Gillard is a specialist unanimously recognized in the world of beers and particularly in wich of rebellious beers. He holds in the manner of a cellarman his beer store of Arlon, "Mi Orge, Mi Houblon", for which he received prestigious nominations, starting, with the regularity of a metronome in odrer of appearance, to be in the top 50 of the best beer stores in the world. He also received from Ratebeer Ratebeer the title of best Belgian beer store.

Implied as a pioneer cellarman pioneer (True Great Wines) in the world of the natural wines with Pécrot (Belgian Brabant Wallon), Laurent Mélotte is also professional of the world of the beer for which he teaches biochemistry at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve. This twice talent enables him to be able to encircle with much objectivity the two worlds which meet today.

Olivier Grosjean is the serial drinker of the “Blogdolif.com", a wine blog on the top of the pyramid of the french wine blogs. Hedonist, unconditional of the Jura where he lives, he's also a great specialist of the natural wines… and, undoubtedly, he is the Pierre Desproges of the wine. It is for this reason that it will come to put its acid spirit in this conference.
