Bibenda 2013

The farm has been in operation for ten years now and was set up by intentionally purchasing land parcels located at different height levels and quite far away from each other, in order to have a significant variety of altitudes that would allow the development of a wide pedologic mix and a varied microclimate. Ampeleia was founded thanks to the vision of three friends who, with the future in mind, envisaged a winemaking style that would encompass the elegance and biodiversity of the special territory they chose to invest on. Two years ago, the conversion to organic farming started on the plot called ‘Ampeleia di Sopra’, and it is going to progressively expand to ‘Ampeleia di Mezzo’ and ‘Ampeleia di Sotto’ too. Unlitro is the latest wine produced by the farm. It is a light and bubbly wine offered to customers with an original format.
