IGT Toscana rosso

KEPOS 2020

Kepos (from the Greek) is the “garden” of Ampeleia.

Its “Sassoforte” vineyards look like an actual garden, lush and wild, surrounded by tall cork, olive and myrtle trees.

The three varieties come from three different vineyards, which are harvested the same day and then fermented together. Through co-fermentation, the different degrees of ripeness of the grapes complement one another, producing a wine with surprising harmony and balance.

Kepos is the most sincere expression of the sunniest part of our Maremma.

Data sheet

Kepos is a wine that wins you over immediately with its aromas. Spices and Mediterranean herbs jump out of the glass, hand in hand with the more balsamic and softer notes of the mouth. To be drunk in the “garden” on spring evenings, but also perfect for a formal dinner or in the company of friends with different palates.
